Position: Facilities Manager in our Atlanta office, reporting to the Business Director. This role requires in-office presence for daily operations, meetings, and training.

Role Overview

The Facilities Manager oversees daily operations and long-term planning of office facilities, ensuring maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily facilities operations including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, safety)
  2. Serve as main contact for property management, vendors, and contractors
  3. Prepare facilities and equipment for regular and special events
  4. Negotiate and manage service agreements and vendor relationships
  5. Oversee inventory and procurement of furniture and equipment
  6. Coordinate internal office moves and renovations, working with architects and contractors
  7. Manage access controls, security, and parking
  8. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for buildouts
  9. Ensure projects adhere to standards, escalating issues as needed
  10. Communicate proactively with stakeholders about maintenance and projects
  11. Maintain records of contracts, warranties, licenses, and inspections
  12. Perform other duties as assigned

  • Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience, including property management and renovations
Technology Skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office; experience with Visio and Maintenance Care is a plus
