Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and complete repairs per policies and codes.
• Manage make-ready process, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide courteous resident service and promptly address requests.
• Inspect contractor work to verify quality and scope.
