Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to Vest standards.
• Completes work orders from resident requests and conducts routine upkeep and repairs.
• Manages make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Monitors and inspects work by contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
• Participates in preventive maintenance and cost-control initiatives.
• Attends safety meetings and ensures MSDS and OSHA requirements are current.
