Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Williamsburg, VA. You will lead a maintenance team, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across the community.

The role requires 3+ years of technical maintenance experience and prior supervisory responsibility. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver’s license. On-site work with occasional emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct technical work in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of maintenance staff and ensure safe work practices.
• Supervise daily maintenance duties, interview candidates, train staff, and conduct reviews.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document findings in a maintenance log.
