• Inspects work by staff and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies within budget; performs preventative maintenance.
• Supports safety with meetings, OSHA compliance updates, and proper handling of materials.
• Communicates with residents professionally and resolves maintenance-related concerns.
• Participates in budgeting for repairs and maintenance expenses.
