Job summary

Tohono O’odham Ki:Ki Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing, and general housing upkeep under supervision. You will inspect, repair, and install various systems across multiple housing units and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, roofing, and general repairs, with readiness for occasional on-call duties and clear coordination with the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in maintenance or construction or equivalent training.
• Read and interpret electrical/plumbing diagrams and blueprints.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs across trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs electrical, plumbing, solar, structural and mechanical components of housing units.
• Read electrical and plumbing schematics and/or blueprints.
• Troubleshoots, dismantles, remodels, repairs, reassembles and installs electrical switches.
• Repairs vandalism or storm damage to buildings and houses.
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance to housing units.
