Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine maintenance on systems furniture, mechanical equipment, and facilities at assigned properties in the United States. The role includes responding to MAC requests, completing work orders on schedule, and assisting with relocations and room setups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and furniture.
• Respond to MAC requests and complete work orders on schedule.
• Assist in loading/unloading, room setups, and inventory tasks.
• Diagnose & repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC related issues.
• Maintain safe work practices and document tasks in CMMS.
