Job summary

CAMBA seeks a Maintenance Worker for its Brooklyn, NY location. You will perform a range of upkeep duties, from cleaning and repairs to safety-focused tasks, while maintaining client confidentiality and following all procedures.

Minimum one year of maintenance experience is required; bilingual ability is preferred. TB testing is a pre-employment requirement, and the role is full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of applicable maintenance experience.
• Bilingual (English and another language) preferred.
• TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Follow Universal Precautions/Standard Procedures.
• Identify and document maintenance issues on work orders and report them promptly.
• Perform cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Respond to inclement weather and ensure safety of premises.
• Replace light fixtures, clean and maintain interiors, and manage safety signage.
