Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure client confidentiality.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
• Perform cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep as required.
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and electrical components; display safety signs.
• Escort clients to appointments as needed and assist staff as directed.
