Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs for building and grounds.
• Monitors renovations/remodels by contractors.
• Maintains HVAC, refrigerators, boilers, washers/dryers and related equipment.
• Coordinates and documents monthly fire drills and safety checks.
• Inspects grounds and performs landscaping tasks as needed.
