Pomeroy Living in Michigan is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems while supporting repairs to structures, grounds, and resident apartments.

Join us to help maintain a safe, welcoming community, assist with resident turnovers, move furniture, and ensure high-quality service for our residents beyond ordinary upkeep.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and code requirements.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
