Job summary

Arbors at Pomeroy is seeking a Maintenance Crew member to perform routine maintenance and repairs across the Arbors facilities serving Gallipolis, Marietta, Woodsfield and Pomeroy. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: One year in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to building and equipment.
• Monitors renovations or replacement projects by contractors.
• Maintains HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, washers and dryers, and other equipment.
• Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
• Documents routine safety checks and fire drill coordination.
