Enriched Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Floresville, TX to perform comprehensive building and grounds maintenance. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance to ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents.

The role involves hands-on work, coordinating with contractors, keeping facilities up to standard, and supporting other departments as needed. A high school diploma and relevant maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience or training.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Paints and repairs masonry, woodwork, or oversees contractor work.
• Maintains grounds: mowing, hedges, weeds, leaves.
• Cleans and upkeeps buildings: buffing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
• Inspects and services HVAC and environmental systems, or oversees contractors.
• Inspects plumbing systems for codes; oversees contractors.
• Performs general repairs and repainting of building areas.
• Assists other departments; moves furniture and stores supplies.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Keeps unoccupied rooms attractive for rental within 7 days of vacancy.
• Handles compliance and safety training as required.
• Available for on-call emergencies; drives community vehicle when needed.

Formação académica
