Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant to join our team. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.

This role performs routine maintenance on grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles, completes service requests in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and supports the preventative maintenance program and basic heating and air needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.
• Performs routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of all grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Assists in the execution of the preventative maintenance program.
• Assists with working on heating and air.
