Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience with commercial maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, alarm systems, appliances, HVAC and related equipment.
• Proactive and able to solve problems and work independently when needed.
• Must be able to interact professionally with residents, families, and staff.
