Job summary

Haley Real Estate Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Laredo, TX. You will perform planned and unscheduled maintenance to keep properties running smoothly and respond to resident needs with a customer-focused approach.

You should be able to work as part of a team or independently, carrying your own hand tools, and you must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for business use.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Must provide personal hand tools for use on the job.
• Smartphone required for work communications.
• Proactive attitude to assist the maintenance team and meet residents' needs.
• Strong communication skills reflecting Haley Residential’s values and a helpful mindset.
• State driver’s license and a personal vehicle for business use.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building systems.
• Address resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Make-ready repairs to restore units to market-ready status quickly.
• Assist with grounds, exterior maintenance, and interior touch-ups as needed.
• Respond to emergencies via phone/app and communicate effectively with residents.
