Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenance and repair such as electrical, plumbing, AC/heating, appliances, doors, lighting, and more.
• Handles resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Performs unit make-ready repairs and restores to market-ready status promptly.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls via smartphone and services.
• Maintains grounds and exterior building issues, including lighting and painting.
• Maintains interior by cleaning and related tasks; supports other duties as assigned.
