Job summary

Haley Real Estate Group in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance while providing high-level service to residents. You will handle work orders, ensure safety, and help keep the property and common areas in top condition.

We value hands-on problem solvers with 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to provide personal hand tools for use at work.
• Strong communication skills and a pro-active attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and performs routine maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Handles resident work orders promptly and coordinates with the maintenance team.
• Make-ready repairs to return units to market-ready status quickly.
• Assist with grounds, interior and exterior building upkeep as needed.
