Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in sandblasting, cleaning and painting surfaces.
• Maintains streets, sidewalks, curbs, and drainage systems.
• Repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and related components.
• Performs general building maintenance including framing, drywall, painting and roofing.
• Responds to emergency calls after hours and in inclement weather.
