• Able to read schematics and technical diagrams related to mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Bonita House properties; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance; track work orders and asset management.
• Manage projects related to facilities upgrades within budget and schedule.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, inspections, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs and manage budgets.
• Travel between Bay Area locations to supervise maintenance at multiple sites.
