Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic work routines and standards for tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall patch, doors & locks.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Estimate time and materials; order supplies as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings.
• Inspect new installation for code compliance and safety.
• Maintain lighting systems and replace bulbs.
• Perform carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
