Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school acceptable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general preventive maintenance and repairs across building systems under supervision.
• Use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, doors & locks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain lighting, replace bulbs and fixtures.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and respond to emergencies.
