Job summary

AMIkids Piedmont is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a part-time, on-site role in Clinton, SC. The position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs across trades to keep a safe, well‑maintained facility for youth.

You will schedule vendors, oversee licensed contractors, conduct inspections, and maintain logs. A high school diploma or GED, plus 3 years of related experience and required licenses, are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years related maintenance experience.
• possess required state certifications/licenses for repairs within codes.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across trades such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Schedule vendors for detailed electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.
• Maintain a Maintenance Log and coordinate weekly work schedules with leadership.
• Provide 24-hour on-call support for emergencies.
