Responsibilities

• Performs commercial building maintenance activities and preventative tasks.
• Responds to tenant needs and coordinates with other maintenance staff.
• Maintains shop and equipment; assists journeyman technicians in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
