Job summary

Responsibilities include performing repairs, preventive maintenance, snow removal, lawn care, trash disposal and documenting daily activities while cooperating with staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a variety of trades (plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, welding).
• Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports.
• Alternative qualifications as approved by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on assigned buildings.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on district equipment.
• Aide in snow removal from buildings and grounds.
• Haul trash as directed.
• Irrigate lawns as directed.
• Maintain lawns during season as directed.
• Maintain a daily activity log.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
• Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as the Superintendent and/or board may deem necessary.
