Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a General Trades Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems in facilities. The role supports a wide range of building maintenance tasks and requires the ability to troubleshoot and respond to diverse service requests.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in building repairs, a valid state Driver's License, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
• DL needed (valid in-state) and EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Must be computer proficient and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance items.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Operates plant equipment and building automation systems.
• Trains other technicians and assists with safety and compliance training.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.
