Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• 2+ years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Routinely walks floors and checks for problems, reporting to supervisors.
• Adheres to safety precautions while performing tasks.
• Maintains positive relationships with building staff.
• Paints common areas and touches up as needed; inspects areas for painting needs.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintains assigned equipment in good condition.
• Assists with light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, flooring and other repairs as per work orders.
• Follows safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Performs maintenance tasks that do not require permits.
• Learns to operate new equipment safely.
