• Maintenance and repair of chillers, electrical, plumbing, steam, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to understand equipment and facilities for effective maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors on projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems and perform routine and scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance and improve system reliability.
• Coordinate safety protocols and safe work practices.
• Interact with contractors and vendors as part of projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
