Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Ambler, PA is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee routine HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. The role requires hands-on problem solving and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks across a busy site.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and record-keeping, respond to emergencies, and support continuity of operations. A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience, plus knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of compressed air systems, chiller operations, boiler operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine compressor and chiller/tower maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
