Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our client in the consumer health and personal care sector. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, and strong ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Compressed Air Systems, Chiller Operations, Boiler Operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Compressor and Chiller/ Tower maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
