Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our production environment operating smoothly. You will perform critical repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep, applying electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic know-how to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues in motors, pumps and control circuits, operating forklifts for repairs, maintaining logs, and coordinating structural repairs and facility upgrades with the

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in mechanical or building maintenance.
Forklift operation experience.
Proficiency with hand and power tools for diverse repair tasks.
Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of PLCs and automated control systems.
Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards in a production environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Basic computer literacy for maintenance tracking software.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance schedules on mechanical equipment to ensure operational longevity and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, including motors, pumps, and control circuits.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and boom lifts to facilitate repairs and facility improvements.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and complete equipment checklists to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Perform structural repairs, including drywall, painting, and plumbing, to keep the facility in optimal condition.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to maintain continuous production flow.
Calibrate and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems to support high-performance machinery.
Collaborate with the maintenance team on larger renovation projects and facility upgrades.
