Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance in manufacturing, pharma, biotech or industrial settings.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading electrical drawings, schematics, P&IDs and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic control issues.
• Maintain motors, pumps, valves, conveyors, sensors, electrical panels, and facility systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support efforts to minimize equipment downtime.
• Update work orders and maintenance records in CMMS.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GMP requirements, LOTO practices, and site policies.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, modifications, and maintenance improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic control issues.
• Maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, conveyors, sensors, electrical panels, and facility systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support efforts to minimize equipment downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities and update work orders and maintenance records in CMMS.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GMP requirements, LOTO practices, and site policies.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, modifications, and maintenance improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial environments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS/work‑order systems is preferred.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and support shift, weekend, or overtime schedules as required.
