Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas in top condition across our properties in the Frisco area. You will diagnose issues, perform routine repairs, and complete work orders within 24 to 48 hours while maintaining safety standards and code compliance.

You will also support the make-ready process for vacant homes, coordinate with vendors, and help manage inventory and tools in the property maintenance shop.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and diagnose issues on site.
• Perform routine maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Make-ready vacant apartments: inspect, punch lists, coordinate with vendors.
• Track materials, equipment, and vendor usage; maintain shop inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and respond to resident needs professionally.
