Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior spaces in top condition across our apartment communities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete make-readies to prepare homes for new residents, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

You’ll work on a dynamic team, respond to resident requests within 24–48 hours, manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills to connect with people at all levels.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes 24–48 hour work orders and routine upkeep on the property.
• Manages make-readies for vacant apartments and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Repairs components to fix issues while controlling costs and avoiding waste.
• Maintains inventory, tracks materials, and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Inspects work for quality and safety and documents processes.
