EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform required PMs and repairs on commercial and industrial facility equipment.

The technician will be a strong communicator with excellent follow-through, cross-trained in a 'flow to the work' mindset, and operate with an ownership attitude. Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of mechanical, electrical, plumbing or carpentry experience or training.
• Valid driver's license, Forklift and JLG licenses required.
• Proficiency with MS Word and maintenance software (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform required PMs and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Document work results in CMMS and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance, including OSHA guidelines and lock-out/tag-out.
