Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II in Midland, TX to champion upkeep, reliability, and safety of building systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support repairs, and assist with system installations, while promoting a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facility maintenance, EPA 608 certification, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. Driving duties and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance.
• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review, create and maintain work orders in CMMS.
