The role includes servicing mechanical systems, patient care equipment, and building infrastructure within a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergencies response, and coordination with occupants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; driver's license required.
• 2-4 years in equipment maintenance preferred; willingness to perform varied tasks.

Responsabilités

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes and uses CMMS for documentation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, and boilers.
• Maintain patient care equipment such as beds and carts; repair HVAC and related systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks; read blueprints and manuals.
• Respond to emergencies (leaks, power outages, equipment failures) per plan.
• Communicate status of requests to occupants and team; travel as needed.
