Francis Tuttle Technology Center is seeking a Maintenance II - Construction Trades professional to perform skilled work in construction, maintenance, and repairs across the school district’s facilities. You will handle tasks from carpentry to HVAC, driving to campus sites, and coordinating supplies and small projects.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years’ related experience, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years’ related experience required.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to travel to other campuses.
• Read blueprints and modify systems as needed.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairs furniture and fixtures across campuses.
• Mounts wall hangings and pictures professionally.
• Paints ceilings and repairs related materials.
• Repairs drywall including finishing and painting.
• Operate hand tools and various power tools safely.
• Perform general building duties and safety inspections.
• Assist lead personnel with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work.
• Drive vehicles to pick up and deliver supplies and materials.
• Manage projects including estimates and purchase requisitions.
• Adhere to work conditions and contract details.
