Oklahoma Military Department is seeking a Construction Maintenance Tech II to perform maintenance, repair and upkeep of state facilities and equipment at Readiness Centers across the East region. Four years of building trades experience is required. The position requires physical ability, the capacity to lift up to 40 pounds, and the flexibility to respond to maintenance

Formación

• Four years of experience in one or more building trades.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.
• Supervise contracted repair technicians on site.
• Coordinate with users to schedule work orders and maintain logs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
