Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience in carpentry, electrical, painting or plumbing.
• Vocational training may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Valid Texas driver\'s license and a safe driving record.
• Regular attendance and compliance with TWU policies.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on fixtures and building systems.
• Disassemble and replace parts on motors, switches, and steam/water/gas lines.
• Maintain and repair building components: doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, and circuits.
• Perform welding and machining tasks not requiring high precision.
• Requisition supplies from central warehouse and track materials.
• Record materials and labor expended on each job.
• Repair minor HVAC issues such as noise and vibration.
