Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Comfortable using power tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with staff, management and customers.
• Regularly required to stand, walk and lift 1–50 pounds.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular trash pickup and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain exterior of facility and outside grounds by cleaning and related duties.
• Ensure all buildings and work areas are kept clean.
• Maintain supply inventory and stock supply closet as needed.
• Follow safe operating procedures when using cleaning solutions and machinery.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and support Safety Excellence programs.
• Keep current assigned work order tasks in online work order system.
• Assist with tasks of department maintenance personnel and deliver supplies.
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
