Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Basic knowledge of trade skills and mechanical systems; entry‑level power tool proficiency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions, communicate effectively, and use a computer and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and assigned service requests at multiple stores.
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs to building systems, equipment, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and respond promptly to customer needs and emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and applicable codes while completing tasks.
