Job summary

Roberts Construction Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, inspect for damage, and document service dates.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, on-call availability including nights and weekends, and a strong work ethic with good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment and techniques.
• On-call availability including nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic, communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and repair as needed.
• Keep records of repairs and last service dates.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
