Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2+ years of related facility/maintenance experience.
• Skilled in carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, meters, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, flooring, carpentry, masonry, glass repair, and construction as directed at a skilled level.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance for facility maintenance equipment.
• Assist with facility projects such as new construction.
• Daily facility inspections to detect malfunctions and needed repairs.
• Maintain and update the CMMS daily and communicate status.
• Respond to promoter requests and event requirements.
• On-call for building emergencies and inclement weather responsibilities.
