Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, fresh food in a timely manner for delivery to guests.
• Setup mise en place for hot and cold items per recipes and prep lists.
• Wash, trim, chop, and measure produce and meats per instructions.
• Label, date, and store items using FIFO.
• Stock workstations before service and monitor inventory.
