Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented event-driven setting.
• Clear, professional communication with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory and transactions.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar inventory including beverages, ice, and supplies.
• Draft beer and pour wine for guest orders; assist bartenders with back-up tasks.
• Ensure bar equipment is clean and operable before events.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Monitor guest intoxication and alert bartenders as needed.
• Adhere to attendance standards and company policies.
