The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC with large-scale systems, experience with BAS, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience with large-scale refrigeration and commercial systems.
• Identify mechanical/electrical malfunctions using testing equipment and gauges.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of HVAC across CNH facilities in Racine and nearby campuses.
• Respond to maintenance requests; install, rebuild or replace equipment and parts as needed.
• Monitor BAS performance and adjust to improve energy efficiency.
