Job summary

United Zion Retirement Community in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance, repairs, and preventive work across the campus. You will also act as the building custodian ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for residents and staff.

The role requires at least two years of related experience or formal training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work, along with a valid PA driver's license and strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a similar role or specialized training in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical.
• Must have a valid PA driver's license.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs and work orders across the campus.
• Provide preventative maintenance and operate maintenance equipment.
• Serve as building custodian ensuring clean, safe facilities.
• Identify safety hazards and report in compliance with standards.
• Support resident, staff and visitor relations through responsive service.
