Lancaster Campus is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to join our on-site maintenance team. You will assist in the upkeep of the property, perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, and help prep units for turnover. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, customer service focus and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Excellent diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to follow instructions efficiently.
• Friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned.
• Complete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment and safety concerns.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating systems.
• Prep/turn of vacant units.
• Clean grounds and common areas.
• Light carpentry and drywall finishing.
• Touch up painting as needed.
• On-call duties after hours as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness interior and exterior of the property.
• Address life-safety risks immediately.
