Andersen Corporation in Minnesota seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the CAO building and grounds in top condition following Andersen standards. You will manage building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds, ensuring safety and reliability across all facilities.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, coordination with external service providers, and proactive problem-solving to maintain a safe, efficient campus environment. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in HVAC, facility maintenance or related field required.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including CMMS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and time management skills; ability to work with internal customers and service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the CAO building and grounds to Andersen standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Oversee grounds maintenance and oversee contracted services as needed.
• Utilize CMMS to document PM work orders and track labor and materials.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met and recommend improvements.
